That said, we are pleased to introduce our newest team members… Andre Kuersammer, Director of Sales, and Meade Freeman, Business Development Manager.

Andre Kuersammer, is a veteran in the industry as well, as his experience spans over 20 years in mold construction and design. Andre began his career in the mold industry in 1987, and served as a member of the executive team at a well-known manufacturer. Andre also spent time studying management and production control, allowing him to excel in these aspects of the business. Beginning in 2005, Andre spent six years as part owner of a concrete facility. Andre fully understands the technological advances that Hess offers, which positions him well for his new role in direct sales for Hess Group North America.

Meade Freeman, who has been involved in the segmental concrete business since 1988, will be an asset to Hess in the promotion of the Hess equipment line. In this capacity, he will be helping producers differentiate their product lines and be more competitive in the marketplace. Meade has served on numerous ICPI committees, including Technical; Dues; Bylaws & Membership; Government Relations; Expo/Convention; and Executive/Board of Directors. Meade has also served on the Associates Board at the NCMA.
